All payments made on TrustSathi are for digital services such as:

1. Property listings
2. Promotions
3. Lead access
4. Subscription plans

2. No Refund Policy

1. All payments are non-refundable
2. No refunds for unused or partially used services
3. No refunds for lack of leads or business results

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only if:

1. Duplicate payment is made
2. Technical error from the platform

4. Subscription Cancellation

1. Users may cancel subscriptions anytime
2. Benefits will continue until expiry
3. No partial refunds after activation

5. Auto-Renewal

1. Some plans may auto-renew
2. Users must cancel before the billing date
3. No refund after renewal is processed

6. Misuse of Services

If misuse or fraud is detected:

1. Account may be suspended
2. No refund will be issued

7. Payment Disputes

1. Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting support first
