6. Agent / Builder / Vendor Policy

1. Agents, builders, and vendors must provide genuine and lawful services
2. Any fraudulent activity, misconduct, or misrepresentation may result in account suspension or permanent termination
3. All commissions, fees, and transaction terms are mutually agreed upon between the involved parties
